Meet your Trainer

With 30 years of personal gym training and 15 years as a professional trainer, my passion for fitness remains as strong as ever. I am dedicated to maintaining my own health and well-being while helping my clients achieve the same. My mission is to make people healthier and happier through fitness. Over the years, I've gained extensive experience, which I am eager to share with you.

I am a person who loves sports, a healthy lifestyle and fitness. These are my lifelong passions.  I became interested in a healthy lifestyle when I was about 17 years old. That is when I started to become self-aware of my extra pounds and my health, which had been compromised by respiratory problems and allergies in childhood.
 
I wanted to do something for myself, for my health and figure. I bought the first professional magazine on this topic and started visiting the fitness center. I gradually became fascinated with exercise. I started playing sports and also changed my eating habits. The changes in my body began to be seen and my friends began to notice them.  My breathing problems also subsided, and my athletic performance went up quickly.
 
I gradually realized that I would also like to pursue sports professionally.  Today’s lifestyle of the majority of the population is quite unhealthy.  The reason I became a fitness trainer, is to change peoples health.  I am constantly expanding my knowledge of the human body and applying it to my clients' training and nutrition plans. Being healthy and feeling good is amazing!

From my humble beginnings at 17, I’ve made significant progress in the world of Bikini Fitness, achieving numerous milestones along the way. In 2016, I earned 3rd place at the Czech Republic Bikini Fitness Championship, followed by a 6th place finish at the Extrifit Cup in Slovakia and an 8th place at the European Bikini Fitness Championship in Spain in 2017. My success continued in 2019 with a 2nd place finish at the Diamond Cup in Prague and 5th place at the World Championship in Spain. In 2022, I competed in the prestigious Bikini Fitness World Championships in South Korea and participated in the Fit Model Prague competition, marking a major highlight in my career.

Kamila is a prime example of Marcela´s determination
who lost 30 pounds without drastic diets or stress by gradually adjusting her diet—reducing sugar, white flour, and alcohol while still enjoying her favorite foods. Strength and endurance training helped her reach a healthier weight, improve her fitness, and relieve back pain. Thanks to Marcela’s personalized approach, Kamila embraced these changes as a lifestyle, not a temporary diet, making her results sustainable. This success reflects Marcela’s philosophy—lasting results come from balanced, sustainable habits, not extremes.
