I have been training in the gym for 30 years, and I have been a trainer in the gym for 15 years. And I still love doing this sport, taking care of my body and my clients. My vision is still to make people healthy and happy.
Over the years I have gained a vast amount of experience that I would like to pass on to you. I believe that if you do everything honestly and well, your body will return it all to you in your health. You will improve your sports performance as well. A balanced distribution of muscle mass together with properly functioning muscles and ligaments leads to a natural and correct posture. This is the basis to strengthen the body. I use proven exercises according to the type of client and his body structure, and I supplement these with intensive stretching, again according to the needs and type of the client.
