Umberto´s story

We began working together with Umberto in February 2020, with goals to increase muscle mass, improve posture, eliminate pain, and refine diet and exercise techniques. Through a personalized plan, Umberto increased his muscle mass from 34.5 kg to 37.2 kg, reduced fat, straightened his back, and eliminated pain. Despite a lockdown interruption, his discipline led to excellent results.

Jan´s progress

Jan came with the goal of gaining muscle mass, but after analysis, I discovered muscle imbalances and shoulder pain caused by a poorly structured training plan. After changing the approach to focus on balanced development and strengthening weak muscles, the pain was eliminated, and Honza achieved significant improvement in muscle strength and overall balance.

Monika´s change

Monika came to me after overcoming thrombosis, determined to lose weight. With a training voucher from her husband, she started carefully, following a safe, gradual plan. We focused on movement, breathing, and avoiding strain, always adapting to her needs. Despite the challenges, she lost weight, gained strength, and now feels more energetic—proof that the right approach makes all the difference.

Jakub´s triumph

Jakub’s training with Marcela transformed his performance and well-being. Her holistic approach strengthened key muscles, improved mobility, and prevented injuries. Even after their sessions ended, he could maintain his progress. Most importantly, he overcame hip pain, improved his triathlon times, and rediscovered his passion—all thanks to Marcela’s guidance. Together we took part in team run of 230 miles.
