I’ve created a training program based on my 30 years of experience in fitness and functional training. My inspiration comes not only from my coaching practice but also from intense sessions with professional boxers, kickboxers, and Thai fighters directly in Thailand. Everything I’ve tested on myself and that helped me stay in shape, I now pass on to you. This program is designed to help you build strength, endurance, stability, and effective movement habits. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, the workouts are structured to gradually move you forward. No problem! All workouts will be recorded so you can watch and train whenever it fits your schedule.
